Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or audit with at least 2 years in due diligence).
• Familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting and purchase accounting.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial due diligence related to M&A transactions for private and public companies.
• Collaborate with private equity and corporate clients on financial, IT and tax due diligence aspects.
