Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Associate in Transaction Advisory Services to focus on financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients during M&A activity. You will contribute to diligence work across industries, leveraging data analytics tools and standards under US GAAP.

The role supports transactions from buy‑ or sell‑side perspectives and offers a path to growth within a collaborative team. A strong CPA trajectory is preferred and the position includes a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or a combination with audit experience, which must include at least 2 years of financial due diligence)
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred (but not required)
• Strong current knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction related issues
• CPA (or at minimum, must be pursuing a CPA)
