You will lead a team of seven and agency partners, shaping personalized journeys, cross-sell and retention programs that drive approximately $34 million in annual revenue. Title and level reflect experience; executive leadership role with cross-functional partnerships across marketing, product, analytics and sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle strategy from onboarding to expansion, including cross-sell and upsell programs.
• Partner on cross-sell opportunities with Storefront and Discovery across sites.
• Turn customer moments into value through retention programs and renewals.
• Define segmentation, journeys, and personalization using CRM and CDP data.
• Own owned channels (email, SMS) planning, delivery, and measurement.
• Lead a seven-person team plus agency partners; align with exec leadership.
• Drive revenue growth from existing customers; report on progress to CMO.
