Job summary

Justworks in New York City is seeking a Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing leader to design and scale our lifecycle programs across acquisition, activation, retention, expansion, and advocacy. You will own the strategy and operating model to drive growth through data-driven campaigns.

You will lead a small team of lifecycle experts, partner with Product Marketing, Data & Analytics, Customer Success, and Sales, and translate strategy into scalable processes and playbooks across email, in-product

Qualifications

• 10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, growth, or customer marketing roles.
• Proven ability to design scalable lifecycle programs across acquisition to advocacy.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and strategic business impact.
• Experience partnering with product, sales, and data teams.
• Leadership experience building and growing a high-performance team.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a portfolio of lifecycle marketing programs spanning acquisition, activation, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
• Design audience segments, triggers, sequences, and delivery logic for each stage of the journey.
• Own playbooks and processes for core channels (email, in-product, SMS) and align with Customer Success and Sales.
• Measure impact with Marketing Insights and optimize program performance across metrics.
• Lead and develop the lifecycle marketing team (currently three senior contributors).
• Partner with Marketing Operations to translate strategy into system capabilities and operational processes.
