Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of technology leadership in a large, complex environment.
• Prior VP-level experience is preferred.
• Experience in retail or hospitality industries is preferred; understanding of hotels, resorts and tourism.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive an IT strategy that aligns with the business vision and goals.
• Define a seamless customer and operations technology experience; enable operations through tech.
• Engage growth teams and clients to demonstrate how technology delivers value.
• Provide executive leadership and develop the technology organization.
• Manage client relationships and guide technology services and solutions.
• Oversee IT budgeting and demonstrate ROI to the business.
• Own the Technology Roadmap and pursue competitive advantages.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.
