Paris Baguette - Support Office (East) in the United States seeks a Vice President of IT to drive strategic vision and oversee all technology systems, ensuring security and data integrity while supporting growth and customer experience.

The role requires leadership across initiatives including POS, back-office, digital ordering, and loyalty platforms, with a focus on vendor partnerships, roadmaps, and innovative solutions to stay competitive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Progressive leadership experience in fast paced, growing retail environment.
• Proven experience leading large-scale systems implementations and vendor partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, digital ordering, loyalty platforms, and back-office systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning and implementation of new technology systems (POS, back-office, digital ordering, QSR tech) with minimal disruption.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners; negotiate contracts and ensure delivered solutions meet needs and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align tech initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop and execute IT roadmaps to support growth and efficiency.
• Identify emerging technologies relevant to the QSR and bakery café industry.
• Evaluate new solutions to enhance guest experience and drive operational excellence.
• Provide leadership for performance, security, and maintenance of IT systems and data integrity.
• Oversee data policies, secure data collection, storage, and reporting.
• Implement and oversee cybersecurity and network reliability.
