Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a Head of Restaurant Technology to own the technology strategy across its airport and hospitality venues. You will drive end-to-end delivery from guest experience goals to implementation of POS, digital menus, self-service kiosks, and payments.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure security and compliance while continuously improving uptime and guest satisfaction across 20+ locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field; Master preferred.
• 10+ years tech leadership, 3+ in hospitality or retail tech.
• Experience managing POS platforms at scale across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-location restaurant tech roadmap and strategy.
• Lead guest-facing tech experience across CI locations (digital menus, kiosks, mobile).
• Oversee deployment of restaurant tech systems including POS, KDS, payments.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate SLAs.
• Build and lead a high-performing restaurant technology team.
• Ensure security, compliance, and network standards across deployments.
• Drive tech-driven guest experience improvements and ROI.
