Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a visionary Vice President of Hospitality Technology & Guest Services to unify the digital and physical guest experiences through AI, automation, and next-generation hospitality technologies.

You will lead Product, Engineering, and IT Operations for Digital Guest Services, Hospitality Technology, and Property IT Operations, own a multi-year AI-first roadmap, manage budgets and vendors, and drive AI adoption to enhance guest satisfaction while lowering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
15+ years of relevant experience in hospitality technology, digital product management, or IT operations.
5+ years of Director-level or higher leadership experience.
Proven success leading large-scale technology transformations and AI integration.
Experience with PMS/POS systems and digital guest services.

Responsibilities

Lead Product, Engineering, and IT Operations teams for Digital Guest Services and Property IT.
Develop and execute a multi-year, AI-first product roadmap.
Own technology and product budgets and shift investments toward AI-enabled platforms.
Restructure teams around value streams and define performance metrics.
Oversee property IT operations ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
Drive AI adoption, workforce transformation, and secure hospitality technologies.
