Stord is seeking a VP of Internal Systems & IT to lead the strategy and execution of our enterprise technology stack across CRM, ERP, and HRIS. You will own architecture, data governance, and the integration fabric that connects finance, operations, and customer success.

This role demands a proactive IT posture with global expansion experience. You will manage a growing team, partner with Procurement on SaaS licensing, and drive AI-native improvements across business processes while maintaining

Formación

• 10+ years leading enterprise systems, business technology, corporate IT, or a combined function.
• Owned a complex multi-system business technology ecosystem end to end: CRM, ERP, and HRIS at minimum.
• Run corporate IT as a proactive function at a fast-growing company, ideally with international expansion.
• Owned IT for distributed physical sites: network, devices, and on-site infrastructure.
• Owned a company-wide SaaS portfolio with procurement, licensing, and access controls.
• Led privacy/compliance initiatives (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and related governance.
• Experience integrating business systems after an acquisition.
• AI adoption inside operating functions and familiarity with AI tooling landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Stord's enterprise systems stack (CRM, ERP, HRIS, CLM, Procurement, CS).
• Own data-flow decisions and governance to keep systems aligned and clean.
• Govern domains: customers, vendors, products, locations, employees with standardized master data.
• Manage SaaS portfolio, procurement coordination, and renewal discipline with security in mind.
• Lead IT operations: identity, device lifecycle, end-user support, and site networking; build a scalable team.
