Stord seeks a senior security leader to set the company’s security strategy and multi-year roadmap across cloud, data, and product security. You will own 24/7 detection/response, MDR partnerships, and the security engineering stack for a 200+ engineering org, ensuring governance, audits, and secure-by-default design.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to secure logistics, brands, and commerce platforms, lead security programs for audits (NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001), and guide

Competenze

• 12+ years in security, incl. 5+ years leading security at a SaaS/platform
• Deep cloud-native security experience at scale (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, microservices)
• Experience with M&A security diligence & integration
• Proven track record building security programs aligned to NIST CSF, SOC 2 & ISO 27001

• Set strategic security roadmap and governance across org.
• Stand up 24/7 detection and response (MDR or in-house).
• Own security engineering stack: SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, cloud posture, API and secrets mgmt.
• Lead security diligence for M&A and integration playbooks.
• Partner with Product/Engineering on secure-by-default designs and audits.
