Job summary

Stord, a unified operating system for modern commerce, seeks an executive leader to own enterprise systems and IT architecture across CRM, ERP, HRIS, and related platforms. You will drive governance, master data quality, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Data, and Security while guiding a fast-growing global organization.

You will oversee a multi-site IT estate, SaaS portfolio, and data stewardship, building a scalable, compliant, AI-enabled operating model.

Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise systems, business technology, corporate IT, or related functions.
Hands-on experience with multi-site IT operations and SaaS portfolio management.
Proven ability to define architecture, governance, and data strategy across CRM, ERP, HRIS.

Responsibilities

Define strategy and roadmaps for the business technology stack.
Own governance for master data across customers, vendors, products, locations, and employees.
Lead IT across on-site infrastructure at fulfillment sites and manage identity and access.
Own SaaS portfolio with procurement, licensing, renewals, and security posture.
Partner with Legal, Security, Data, and Finance to ensure compliance and risk controls.
Drive AI adoption to automate process and measure impact.
Build and grow a high-performing IT and Enterprise Systems team.
Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding at pace of international expansion.
