Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is hiring a VP of IT/Enterprise Systems to own architecture, data governance, and IT operations across CRM, ERP, HRIS, CLM, and more. You will lead the SaaS portfolio, drive privacy and security programs, and partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and R&D to build scalable, compliant systems for a fast-growing, global fulfillment and software-enabled business.

• IT strategy and day-to-day operations across identity, devices, and access.
• SaaS portfolio ownership with procurement collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for enterprise systems across CRM, ERP, HRIS, CLM, Procurement, and CS platforms.
• Govern master data and data quality; align CRM/ERP/HRIS to canonical definitions.
• Oversee IT estates, identity, devices, access, and network across sites; enable onboarding for new sites/countries.
• Own SaaS renewal calendar, utilization, and security posture; drive cost optimization.
• Lead privacy/GRC program, SOX IT controls, and auditor readiness.
• Drive AI adoption within IT and business functions, ensuring value and governance.
• Lead M&A systems integration to rapidly bring acquisitions onto Stord's stack.
