Primerica is seeking an experienced Vice President of Infrastructure & Operations to lead strategy, engineering, delivery, and ongoing operation of enterprise hosting, cloud, storage, networking, and end-user computing. You will ensure secure, resilient, scalable services while supporting growth and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities include directing 24x7 operations, driving automation, and partnering with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements and cost

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years leading infrastructure teams with 5+ in senior roles.
• Deep experience across hosting, cloud, networking, end-user computing, and disaster recovery.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM, security controls, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise infrastructure and operations strategy.
• Lead design, delivery, and operation of high-availability infrastructure services.
• Oversee end-user computing, messaging, and collaboration platforms.
• Direct 24x7 operations, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Drive automation and ITSM maturity across the organization.
• Plan capacity, performance, and lifecycle strategies for scalability.
• Collaborate with security, risk, and compliance teams.
