Job summary

Monet Bank is seeking a results-oriented Vice President of IT Operations to lead infrastructure, IT service management, cloud platforms, and end-user technology support. This role ensures a secure, scalable, and reliable technology environment across banking operations.

The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of IT operations leadership experience in regulated financial services, with proven hybrid cloud management (Azure/AWS) and a strong cybersecurity mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations leadership within regulated financial services
• Experience managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS)
• Strong cybersecurity posture aligned with FFIEC and NIST frameworks
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and service management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional IT teams and vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations including network, servers, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure
• Oversee IT service desk, incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Drive automation, observability, and platform stability via DevOps/SRE principles
• Ensure cybersecurity posture aligns with regulatory requirements
• Manage technology service contracts and vendor relationships
• Partner with compliance and internal audit for regulatory reviews and exams
• Provide leadership to IT support and infrastructure teams
