The VP will oversee day-to-day operations and support migration of new clients, with a focus on delivering world-class member experiences.

The role requires 15 years in IT, 10 years in leadership, experience managing remote teams and offshore MSPs, and a delivery-focused, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT
• 10+ years of management/leadership experience
• Experience with offshore MSPs

Responsibilities

• Help manage the IT business unit to meet service level commitments.
• Operate in a multi-tenant matrixed environment.
• Manage a remote team located in different parts of the USA and globally.
• Solutions architecture and engineering with focus on network, applications, security and cloud-based solutions.
• Manage on-premise and cloud-based services.
• Meet security requirements in a highly regulated environment.
• Interact with technology auditors and resolve audit findings.
• Lead and manage all key aspects of IT infrastructure including security monitoring, disaster recovery, and 24x7 availability.
