Primerica, based in Duluth (GA), is seeking an experienced Vice President of Infrastructure & Operations to lead strategy, engineering, delivery, and ongoing operation of its infrastructure platforms and technology services.

The role oversees enterprise hosting, cloud services, storage, networking, end‑user computing, messaging, collaboration, disaster recovery, and infrastructure operations. Expect a hybrid schedule with 2–3 onsite days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in infrastructure leadership.
• Deep experience across hosting, cloud, networking, end-user computing and disaster recovery.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM, governance, and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Experience leading large teams with high availability and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design, deliver, and operate scalable compute, storage, cloud, and networking platforms.
• Lead 24x7 infrastructure operations, incident and problem management, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-user computing, messaging, and collaboration services for employees and field reps.
• Drive automation and service management maturity using ITIL/ITSM best practices.
• Partner with security, risk, and compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, vendor relations, and strategic technology partnerships.
