Job summary

AssistRx, a Orlando-based technology solutions firm, seeks a Vice President, Infrastructure Services to own strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure and end-user technology services in a healthcare call center environment.

You will lead five teams—Production Infra, Telephony, COTS support, End-user tech and PMO—driving proactive service management and a phased migration to secure hybrid/cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in IT infrastructure and service operations.
• Experience driving operational transformation and service maturity.
• Strong financial management, vendor oversight, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise infrastructure strategy, aligned to business goals.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, fostering accountability, innovation, and service excellence.
• Oversee design, implementation, and operation of core infrastructure—servers, storage, cloud platforms, telephony, and end-user computing.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management with a focus on root-cause resolution.
