Freedom Debt Relief is seeking a proven leader to drive the hybrid enrollment transformation, balancing digital self-enrollment with advisor-assisted sales and guiding a multi-site and remote team toward ambitious targets.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and operations to shape a scalable digital experience, design staffing and incentives, and ensure compliant, high‑quality customer interactions across channels. A strong fintech leadership track record and analytics are essential.

Formación

• Led a sales/enrollment organization through a shift from phone-led to digital or hybrid enrollment at scale.
• Demonstrated growth in both digital and advisor-assisted channels.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and consumer financial services guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the hybrid enrollment transformation from phone-led to digital-first enrollment.
• Shape digital enrollment experience with Product, Design and Engineering.
• Redesign the sales operating model and staffing for hybrid workflows.
• Manage a multichannel contact strategy across voice, SMS, email, chat and scheduling.
• Drive AI-enabled sales tools and measure KPIs like CAC and LTV.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and enterprise alignment across teams.
