Freedom Debt Relief is seeking a Vice President, Client Enrollments to lead a hybrid enrollment transformation from phone-led to digital-first enrollment, guiding a multi-site and remote organization.

You will partner with Product, Design and Engineering to shape digital enrollment flows, redefine the sales operating model, and implement a multichannel contact strategy across voice, SMS, email, and AI-assisted interactions.

Qualifications

• Led a sales or enrollment org through a shift from phone-led to digital or hybrid enrollment at scale.
• Proven track record growing digital and advisor‑assisted channels.
• 12+ years of leadership in sales, enrollment or customer acquisition.
• Deep multichannel contact experience: voice, SMS, email, chat, AI dialing.
• Partnered with product/engineering on conversion funnels and milestones.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus factor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hybrid enrollment transformation from phone-led to digital enrollment.
• Shape the digital enrollment experience with Product, Design and Engineering.
• Redesign the sales operating model for blended digital and human capacity.
• Run a modern multichannel contact strategy across voice, SMS, email and chat.
• Lead people through change with Achieve’s values and regulatory compliance.
