Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive HR experience, 5+ years in senior HR leadership.
• Experience leading HR for multi-state workforce.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment law.
• Strong change management and workforce transformation skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Experience in aviation, logistics, transportation, government, or military sectors.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic HR leadership to COO and SLT on workforce planning and governance.
• Lead HR, Recruitment, and Business Administration teams; build bench strength.
• Oversee full employment lifecycle across pilots, medical, dispatchers, and staff.
• Own talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning as operations grow.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, ADA/FMLA, workers’ comp, and charges.
• Oversee benefit plans (health, dental, vision, retirement, deferred comp).
• Ensure compliance with EEO, wage-hour, leave, VEVRAA, FAR/DFARS where applicable.
• Oversee I-9/E-Verify, background checks and employment verification.
• Lead HRIS data integrity and reporting; adopt UKG; implement ATS.
