Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related discipline.
• Five years of HR experience supporting 150+ employees across multiple functions.
• Proficiency with HRIS, benefits enrollment systems, and payroll platforms.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise on HR policies to align with business goals and ensure compliance.
• Oversee employee and labor relations, onboarding, and performance plans.
• Coordinate job postings, approvals, offers, background checks, and onboarding.
• Investigate discrimination, harassment, and other employment violations.
• Develop and deliver training programs including onboarding and compliance.
• Assist managers with wage/salary policies and job descriptions.
• Explain benefits programs and resolve enrollment issues.
• Maintain employee documentation, records, and HR analytics.
