Unifi Aviation, LLC, a leading aviation services provider, is seeking an HR Manager to guide employee relations, performance management, and development programs. You will partner with leadership to design staffing, onboarding, and retention strategies while upholding regulatory compliance across sites.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and data integrity, with responsibility for HRIS updates and collaboration with Training for leadership development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of HR experience preferred.
• PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FMLA, EEO, OFCCP, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provides guidance to leadership on employee relations, performance management, coaching and development.
• Partners with leadership to design and execute staffing, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Maintains confidentiality and data integrity in all HR activities.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and communicates policies across locations.
• Investigates issues and makes recommendations for action.
• Communicates with internal and external customers professionally and timely.
• Maintains HRIS data for assigned locations and processes status changes for hourly personnel.
• Collaborates with Training to support leadership development.
