Contour Airlines is seeking a visionary Vice President of People to guide people strategy, talent management, and organizational development. This executive will shape HR policies, oversee compensation and benefits, and ensure regulatory compliance across our aviation operations.

The role reports to the President and partners with the leadership team to build a high-performance culture focused on integrity, safety, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or J.D. preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Minimum of ten years in HR management with strategic planning experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training of management-level personnel.
• Develop and implement training programs aligned with company goals.
• Oversee HR daily operations, policies, and compliance.
• Drive talent management, compensation, benefits, and performance programs.
• Represent HR in leadership decisions and strategic organizational initiatives.
