Responsibilities

• Argue the quietly-ambitious option even when the room already loves the safe one.
• Field the awkward question in the QBR and have the data ready.
• Run the post-mortem after a launch slips and bank the lessons, not the blame.
• Trace a complaint pattern back to the process that breeds it.
• Connect daily HR Analytics operations to the strategy on the wall.
• Facilitate cross-departmental projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Build the financial case for hiring before the business team drowns.
• Reallocate spend toward whatever business channel is actually working.
