The Earthling Co. is seeking a VP of Growth to own new customer acquisition and run the growth engine end to end.

In this hands-on, player-coach role, you’ll manage media, funnels, offers, and creative strategy directly in the early stage, then scale by building a team and setting strategy with the founders. This remote, US-based role offers substantial upside through performance bonuses and a highly flexible, fully remote environment.

• Proven track record scaling a DTC brand with eight figures+
• Hands-on media buying across Meta, Google, AppLovin, and TikTok
• Expertise in CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin

Mansioni

• Own new customer acquisition targets including CAC and payback.
• Plan, buy, and scale paid media across Meta, Google, AppLovin, and TikTok.
• Stay hands on in ad accounts and data in early stage.
• Own full acquisition funnel from ad to first purchase and into subscription.
• Run consistent CRO and testing across landing pages and offers.
• Lead creative strategy and brief ads that convert.
• Conduct market and customer research to ground offers and positioning.
• Own measurement and attribution to drive decisions.
• Manage paid media agency partners and build in-house capability.
• Collaborate with marketing to align acquisition and retention.
• Build and lead growth team as business scales.
