E Tech Group is seeking an experienced senior leader to drive the growth strategy for our business unit. You will guide Directors and Business Development leaders, oversee resource alignment, and ensure projects meet KPI targets and client expectations.

You will mentor teams, collaborate across units, and provide forward-looking leadership on market trends and technology advances to sustain excellence and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in controls and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insight.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex datasets and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Shape growth strategy for the business unit and drive its execution.
• Coach Directors and Business Development leaders to scale teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate across units to balance workloads and address skill gaps.
• Provide leadership on market growth, technology trends, and proposals.
