Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a growing team and deliver integrated electrical and control solutions across multiple projects. You will work closely with executive management and client teams to drive growth and ensure high‑quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 8+ years in industrial automation / controls integration.
• 3+ years managing and leading a team.
• Knowledge of standard engineering practices and procedures.
• Ability to develop PLC and HMI programs in multiple platforms (Schneider Electric, AVEVA, Rockwell).
• Experience with process controls instrumentation.
• Collaborative, team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth plan with Exec Management, Sales, and Marketing.
• Mentor a team of engineers and technical resources.
• Design and implement integrated electrical and control systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, production, and field service staff.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
• Drive team P&L on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Specify and configure hardware components (instruments, PLCs, networks).
• Design PLC/SCADA networks and related test procedures.
• Meet with clients to ensure expectations are met and growth opportunities.
• Represent and embody company core values in professional development.
