Job summary

E Tech Group seeks a Program Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate a multi-disciplinary engineering team on automation and control system projects. This hands-on role involves overseeing pre-sales work, engineering operations, resource allocation, and adherence to SOPs to deliver successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree required.
• 10+ years in the industry with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Extensive knowledge of GxP practices and standards.
• Experience in Life Sciences sector.
• Willingness to travel to meet project demands.
• Ability to operate in industrial facilities with harsh environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers delivering custom control solutions and integrations across the technology stack.
• Support development and implementation of engineering best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance to align resources with project needs and client goals.
• Collaborate with the PMO to identify experience gaps and assess project risks.
• Oversee end-to-end engineering projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring client requirements and safety standards are met.
