Job summary

Innovative Renal Care seeks a Vice President of Growth to lead the national Directors of Market Development and drive growth objectives. You will hire, onboard, coach, and evaluate a high-performing DMD network while strengthening relationships with physicians, health systems, and referral sources.

The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and requires strategic leadership, robust relationship-building, and strong planning and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15 years in healthcare business development or related field.
• 8+ years leading field-based teams.
• Proven ability to develop referral networks with physicians and health systems.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and managing high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a national team of Directors of Market Development.
• Set performance expectations, growth objectives, and KPIs for the DMD team.
• Design development programs focusing on territory planning and consultative selling.
• Coach and provide performance feedback through field engagement.
• Build relationships with physician partners, health systems, and referral sources.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and career development for the DMD team.
• Monitor pipeline activity and prioritize growth initiatives.
