Job summary

Vitas Healthcare Corporation seeks a senior leader to guide Directors of Market Development and regional sales teams. You will coach DMDs, align regional strategies with corporate goals, and drive growth across the market.

You’ll work with regional leadership, marketing, patient care, and compliance to execute business strategies. You will leverage your seven-plus years of healthcare sales and leadership experience to anticipate market opportunities, train teams, and ensure adherence to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years in health-care/therapeutics, sales or marketing field.
Proficient in business analytics to forecast growth opportunities including Excel and CRMs.
Ability to develop strategies and solutions to drive sales and grow portfolio.
Strong prioritization, organization and leadership capabilities.
Experience leading teams and coaching directors of market development and sales reps.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and direction for Directors of Market Development within portfolio.
Develop and coach team members in sales conversations and techniques.
Contribute to the regional sales strategy and ensure adherence to core responsibilities.
Lead by example in sales process, hospice, and healthcare industry knowledge.
Collaborate with regional leadership and internal stakeholders to execute business strategies.
Lead the DMDs and sales reps to achieve targeted sales numbers and growth.
