Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience in leadership capacity of leading sales managers or multiple sales teams demonstrating results.
• Seven (7) years' experience in the health-care/therapeutics, sales or marketing field.
• Proficiency in business analytics to forecast growth opportunities including Excel and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the overall sales strategy for the region including definition of the goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance and approvals related to goal forecasting for sales representatives.
• Collaborate with Regional Leadership Team and internal stakeholders to execute business strategies.
• Develop and maintain personal sales accounts to develop stronger regional partnership opportunities.
• Drive growth and ensure execution of strategic plans across the region.
