Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Market Development Manager to strengthen partnerships with hospitals, physicians (nephrologists preferred), and skilled nursing facilities to drive patient census growth and market expansion. The role is highly relationship-driven, requiring up to 75% travel and reporting to the Director of Market Development.

You will develop and execute market growth strategies, manage stakeholder communications, and collaborate with internal teams to meet growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare leaders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain partnerships with hospital leadership, case management teams, nephrologists, and SNFs to drive patient census and growth.
• Strategic Market Development: Develop and execute market growth strategies and identify opportunities to foster long-term partnerships.
• Liaison & Communication: Act as the primary contact for hospitals and physicians in assigned markets; ensure clear communication and alignment on goals.
• Business Development Operations: Track and report all BD activities (Salesforce) and prepare stakeholder presentations.
• Travel & Collaboration: Travel up to 75% to engage partners and support market expansion.
