Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners LLC seeks a seasoned Vice President of Development to craft and execute market strategies nationwide. You will lead development initiatives, assess M&A opportunities, and manage complex transactions with health systems and physicians.

A strong finance background and ASC experience are essential to drive profitability and growth. Travel up to 25-50% supporting market expansion, reporting to Senior VP Development, and leading a team in a fast-growing, values-driven

Qualifications

7+ years of Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience or relevant M&A experience.
Demonstrated expert financial and analytical skills.
Proficient skillset using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Refined sales skills.
Strong presentation skills for executive settings.
Ability to present complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Oversee profitability and performance of the development department.
Drive growth to position Atlas as partner of choice for top health systems.
Lead and manage development and redevelopment of properties from due diligence to occupancy.
Structure transactions, develop business plans, and secure approvals.
Lead deal negotiations with legal teams and draft transaction documents.
Build market knowledge and relationships with physicians and health executives.
Ensure communication with stakeholders is accurate and timely.
