Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Vice President to lead operational strategy and growth across its Ambulatory Surgery Center portfolio. The role oversees administrative and clinical operations, plans onboarding of new centers, and develops premier programs with physician and executive leadership collaboration.

The VP partners with central services to manage revenue cycle, capital budgets, and operating plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent level of education and experience.
• 8–10 years of progressive career history with strong financial acumen in healthcare.
• Experience with strategic planning and business development across markets.
• Experience growing and scaling a service-oriented business model with operational and strategic relevance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a portfolio of ASCs across a geographic area and leads center leadership and staff.
• Establishes relationships with physicians and drives engagement and satisfaction across regions.
• Collaborates to acquire new facilities, expand sites, and manage leases and space.
• Leads multi-center initiatives including operations, IT, marketing, patient experience and revenue cycle.
• Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements and drives governance across centers.
