Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners seeks a Business Development Director to drive strategic growth for Ambulatory Surgery Centers across the market. You will recruit physician partners, identify acquisition or de novo opportunities, and execute plans with Operations and VP teams to achieve revenue targets.

You will build relationships with operations leaders, support centers and Joint Venture partners, while maintaining a strong growth pipeline and CRM discipline in a remote, field-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related field required.
• Proven direct sales experience in healthcare or similar industry.
• Knowledge of service lines and physician relationships typical of 5+ years.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business partnerships and physician recruitment for ASCs.
• Develop growth plans and revenue targets with operations leadership.
• Maintain CRM activity and build a growth pipeline dashboard.
• Lead sales cycles from lead gen through closing and customer success.
