Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Business Development Director to drive new physician partnerships and growth across ambulatory surgery centers. You will recruit physician partners, originate acquisition or De Novo opportunities, and collaborate with operations leaders to create a winning growth strategy.

You will build and manage a revenue growth plan, engage in daily prospecting, and coordinate with JV partners to align markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Health and Science, or related field.
• Demonstrated track record of success in a direct sales role, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of service lines/specialties with relationships usually formed over 5+ years in a similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• MBA/master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• 4+ years of surgical (OR) sales experience; 6+ years leading health-related sales territory/market with direct quota accountability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to articulate Atlas vision and create value.
• Develops in-market growth strategy to identify, segment, source, attract, and convert leads into case volumes.
• Evaluates customer base and builds physician alignment and referral networking plans.
• Develops physician recruiting strategy with leaders and corporate development.
• Records data and activity in CRM and manages a growth pipeline to achieve revenue goals.
• Engages in the full sales process daily from lead generation to closing and customer success.
• Networks with medical device, imaging, diagnostic, and healthcare sales reps to identify opportunities.
• Identifies market opportunities for acquisitions and future developments.
