Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners seeks a Business Development Director to drive new physician partnerships and growth for Ambulatory Surgery Centers across assigned markets. You will recruit physician partners, develop strategic growth plans with senior leaders, and execute initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

You will collaborate with operations, corporate development, and JV partners to create aligned growth strategies, manage leads, and build economic models for decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Health and Science, or related field.
• Demonstrated Track record of success in a direct sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Service Lines/Specialties with relationships usually formed over 5+ years of prior experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• MBA/master’s degree in Business, Communications, Health and Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of surgical (OR) sales experience.
• 6+ years leading health-related sales territory/market with direct quota accountability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to articulate Atlas vision and create value.
• Develops in-market growth strategy to identify, source, attract, and convert new leads.
• Builds physician alignment and referral networks to grow ASC volumes.
• Develops recruiting strategy with CEOs, owners, and operations leaders.
• Records data, sales calls, and activity in CRM.
• Creates dashboards tracking growth pipeline to meet revenue goals.
