Job summary

Rendever is seeking a Vice President of Growth to lead sales and growth across enterprise accounts. You will build a high‑performing culture, drive retention and net new business, and coach the team to maintain velocity in commercial accounts.

The role emphasizes data‑driven strategies, executive relationships, and ROI‑focused budget allocation to accelerate growth across target verticals. The VP of Growth will collaborate with Marketing and Product, nurture partnerships, and ensure the product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years in customer success or account management.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally within SaaS.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing revenue growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic execution for enterprise sales and growth; close deals efficiently.
• Coach team members and ensure accountability across reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to improve retention and growth.
• Establish goals around net revenue retention, customer satisfaction, and MRR growth.
• Build executive-level relationships and conduct quarterly reviews with enterprise accounts.
• Lead and develop a high-performing account management team; conduct performance reviews.
