Job summary

Rendever seeks a Vice President of Growth to lead sales and growth across enterprise accounts in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment. You will build a high‑performance team, drive customer retention, and secure net new business through data‑driven strategies.

You will partner with Marketing and Product to optimize partnerships, expand ARR, and deliver value to aging and healthcare communities. This role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and scalable processes to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally SaaS or customer-experience focused.
• 7+ years in customer success or account management.
• Strong data literacy with ability to interpret analytics for retention and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic execution for enterprise sales and growth, closing deals efficiently.
• Coach team members and establish clear accountability across reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to improve retention and growth.
• Establish and report department goals for net revenue retention and MRR growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing account management team.
• Maintain a transparent KPI dashboard and CRM processes.
