Job summary

Rendever is seeking a Vice President of Growth to lead enterprise sales and growth, focusing on retention, revenue expansion, and partner relationships. You will coach a high-performing team, align cross-functional groups, and use data-driven strategies to drive MRR and NRR growth.

You will oversee strategic planning, partner engagement, and executive relationships to accelerate scalable growth across senior living and healthcare accounts in the U.S. and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in SaaS or customer-experience environments.
• Strong data literacy and ability to apply analytics to retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic execution for enterprise sales and growth, ensuring deals close efficiently.
• Coach account teams and ensure clear accountability among direct reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to improve retention and growth.
• Establish and report on the department’s goals around MRR, NRR, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee partner engagement and executive-level relationship management across accounts.
• Drive development of high-performing teams through coaching and development.
