Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee enterprise FP&A, Cost Accounting and BI, reporting to the CFO. The role partners with service line leadership and drives strategic financial planning, performance reviews and capital allocation.

The VP will build and mentor a team of FP&A analysts and BI/reporting staff, standardize planning, and own dashboards and scorecards across service lines and facilities.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive healthcare finance experience.
• Five or more years of BI and FP&A leadership.
• MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, BI and cost accounting functions.
• Present financial performance to CFO and executives.
• Develop service line financial models and capital plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Ensure alignment with public financial reporting.
• Own dashboards and KPIs for service lines.
