Job summary

GBMC HealthCare seeks a Vice-President of Financial Analysis, Budget, and Decision Support to lead enterprise FP&A, budgeting, labor analytics, cost accounting, and decision support across the system. This role develops labor analytics, provides internal controls, reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting for staffing and programs.

The position requires a Master’s degree and 8–10 years of experience with 3+ in a supervisory role, with deep healthcare FP&A and budgeting expertise and strong executive

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field is required.
• 8–10 years of progressively more responsible work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, healthcare FP&A and cost accounting experience required.
• Expert knowledge of healthcare finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management; hospital cost accounting and Medicare/Medicaid knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial planning, budgets, long-range plans, rolling forecasts, and strategic financial modeling.
• Develop labor analytics, cost accounting systems, and performance dashboards.
• Provide executive decision support with board materials and financial narratives.
• Drive continuous improvement and benchmarking across service areas.
