Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) seeks an experienced FP&A leader reporting to the CFO. The role plans and manages budget, labor analytics, management reporting, benchmarking, decision support and cost accounting activities across GBMC Healthcare.

Ideal candidates will hold an MBA/MHA/Finance/Accounting and bring 8–10 years of healthcare finance experience, including 3+ years supervisory, with expertise in Workday, Strata Decision, Power BI and enterprise-wide planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related quantitative field required.
• 8-10 years progressive experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Healthcare FP&A, decision support and cost accounting experience required.
• Expert knowledge of healthcare finance, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Experience with hospital cost accounting, payer reimbursement and value-based care.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise financial planning activities: budgets, forecasts and long-range plans.
• Develop integrated financial plans aligning resources with strategic priorities.
• Provide timely analysis of financial performance and risks to executives.
• Lead profitability analysis and ROI studies for service lines.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and executive reporting.
• Support Board materials and executive decision making.
