Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Vice President of Financial Planning, Analytics and Decision Support to drive enterprise FP&A, cost accounting and BI functions. The role partners with service line leaders and IT to ensure data integrity and strategic alignment.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across service lines, mentor a team of FP&A and BI professionals, and deliver insightful financial analyses to guide capital and operational decisions

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years in healthcare finance with FP&A leadership experience.
Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis and business case development skills.
Experience partnering with service lines, executives and IT for data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead system-wide budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning across service lines and facilities.
Provide financial leadership and decision support to service line leaders and the CFO.
Build, mentor, and lead FP&A, BI/reporting analysts and finance partners.
Develop financial models and business cases for new service development and capital investments.
Ensure alignment between Cost Accounting, BI/FP&A reporting and public financial statements.
