Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Chase Travel is seeking a Vice President Experience Design to shape the user experience across products and services. Lead strategic design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers.

You will advance inclusive design, accessibility, and AI-enabled design practices to deliver customer-centric experiences and measurable business impact. Reporting to the Head of Design for Chase Travel, you will drive innovation and ensure design excellence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX design or related roles.
• Ability to visualize user journeys with storyboards, wireframes and prototypes.
• Inclusive design and accessibility expertise.
• Develop north star representations to guide customer-centric decisions.
• Strong understanding of client-side tech, APIs and microservices.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools in design/research/product.
• Ability to assess and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Experience leading strategic tech-enabled initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies aligned with business goals and user needs across domains.
• Diagram service flows and features; design wireframes and prototypes for key touchpoints.
• Mentor junior designers and promote inclusive design practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Lead AI-enabled capabilities to improve delivery and outcomes.
• Scale new ways of working combining human-centered design with tech.
• Partner with product, data, and tech teams to translate capabilities into experiences.
• Drive design innovation across customer and partner-facing tools.
