Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or related field.
• Deep Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise with hands-on design experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Experience creating visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
• Inclusive design and accessibility experience.
• Ability to drive transformational strategies and north-star visions.
• Advanced technical literacy: client-side tech, APIs, microservices, tech stack impact.
• Experience collaborating with product teams and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies for complex projects and align with business goals and user needs.
• Diagram user journeys, wireframes, and prototype interactions within a domain.
• Mentor junior designers and promote inclusive design and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development.
• Analyze market trends and user research data to inform design decisions.
• Work with engineering to drive design user stories for Sales products.
