You will lead design from strategy to delivery, collaborating with product and tech partners to uplift the primary customer dashboard experience for millions of customers.

The role requires 7+ years in experience or product design, excellence in Figma, prototyping, usability testing, and strong communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in experience or product design (Mobile & Web).
• Expertise in Figma, rapid prototyping and usability testing.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the evolution of Chase's primary customer dashboard experience with product and tech partners.
• Execute UX/UI design work translating complex financial challenges into simple, user-centered solutions.
• Design using existing design systems and contribute to redesign and uplift of the design system.
• Collaborate with multiple product managers and cross-functional teams to implement design solutions.
• Communicate and present across roles and seniority to influence stakeholders.
• Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive practices.
• Apply emerging technologies and industry trends to keep products at the cutting edge.
