Job summary

APPLY is a hybrid/remote-friendly agency focused on Agentic Customer Experience. We are seeking a senior leader to drive the Experience function, mentor senior leaders, and shape the AI-enabled transformation roadmap for client delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in UX, product, and experience design disciplines, with senior leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams (15+ people).
• Proven track record transforming practices, improving output and team health.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Leadership & Development to build elite teams and mentor senior leaders.
• Define AI transformation roadmap for the Experience function and drive automation.
• Oversee excellence and innovation to ensure high-quality client deliverables and differentiation.
• Own commercial and client partnerships, pricing, and workflow optimization.
