Job summary

APPLY is a hybrid/remote-friendly design partner based in Canada, delivering AI-native CX across major brands. As Agentic Product Design Lead, you will guide multi-product engagements, mentor designers, and shape scalable design systems while collaborating with AI agents such as Claude for design.

You will hands-on build screens and tokens, present rationale to senior stakeholders, and drive token governance to ensure consistency and craft across projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in UI/UX design with leadership experience.
• Experience with Claude Design and Agentic workflows.
• Proven track record leading UI design on large engagements.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold UI design quality across client engagements.
• Lead creation of screens, prototypes, and design systems.
• Define design system standards, token naming, theming, and docs.
• Champion design frameworks and cross-platform consistency.
• Drive integration of agentic design workflows using AI tools.
• Mentor designers and guide project teams end-to-end.
