Job summary

nVent seeks a Vice President of Quality to define and execute the enterprise quality strategy across the full value chain, driving improvements in customer experience, reliability, warranty, and launch quality. • Demonstrated 15+ years in quality, operations, engineering, or supply chain leadership in global manufacturing.
• Experience improving customer escapes, cost of poor quality, first-pass yield, and warranty performance.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-level change in a matrixed, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise quality strategy across the full value chain.
• Translate quality priorities into measurable business results and accountability.
• Lead senior reviews and drive root-cause ownership for sustained improvement.
